B&D teams up with Xsto in the Northeast
reach across the United States with a new agreement for Xsto
Solutions to act as a business sales agent, representing its full
range of antioxidant ingredients.
B&D's portfolio includes beta carotene, Enzogenol pine bark extract and NuTriene tocotrienols.
The company has said that the relationship strengthens its marketing position in the Northeast.
Xsto, founded in 2005 in Morristown, New Jersey, is focused on bringing a few selected nutritional ingredients that have solid science backing to the dietary supplement market.
Francis Foley, president of Xsto Solutions, said the arrangement will be of benefit to his company's clients - both dietary supplement and contract manufacturers - since it will give them access to unique products and technical and regulatory support.
"This relationship with Xsto Solutions offers another channel to reach customers and provide them superior products with unparalleled technical support and nationwide marketing," said Bill Van Dyke, president of B&D Nutritional Ingredients.
In November B&D signed an exclusive agreement with CS Agra to market sgs-100, a broccoli seed extract from a plant strain that is unusually high in sulforaphane glucisinolate (SGS), in the United States.
