The new documentary - Microwarriors: The Origin and the Destiny – seeks to educate an international audience about the numerous benefits of these health-promoting micro-organisms.
The documentary features a number of prominent researchers, including Gregor Reid, PhD (University of Western Ontario and Chair of Human Microbiology and Probiotics at the Lawson Health Research Institute in Canada), Mary Ellen Sanders, PhD (Dairy and Food Culture Technologies, Centennial, CO), Glenn Gibson, PhD (University of Reading, England), Wendy Garrett, MD, PhD (Harvard Medical School), and Jeremy Nicholson, PhD (Imperial College London, UK).
Probiotic company GoodBelly has announced its support of the project.
