Adam Ismail, GOED’s executive director, said the bigger board will boost the association’s ability to further increase membership and expand its reach worldwide as it works to educate media, consumers and omega-3 industry companies on the latest EPA/DHA research, benefits and trends.
"Over the last year GOED's membership has expanded to be even more representative of the rapidly changing omega-3 industry," said Ismail. "Our members include ingredient companies, manufacturers, consumer product companies and traders and now our board of directors reflects that diversity."
