Prior to joining EcoNugenics, Guardino was the staff mycologist and manufacturing supervisor for an exotic mushroom and nutraceutical company in Northern California.

Cox, joins Biopolymer Engineering from DKSH North America - which provides raw materials and specialty additives for the food, beverage and dietary supplement industries - where he was the business development manager of food & ingredients.
Before holding this role, Cox was the business development manager for Cargill feed applications and earlier worked for Cargill Heath & Food Technologies.
At Biopolymer he is now responsible for developing commercial applications for the company's immune support products in the dietary supplement, functional food, cosmetic and animal health and nutrition markets.
"Don's experience as a scientist and a product development manager make him ideally suited for working with customers who wish to fortify their products with our immune-enhancing ingredients," said Richard Mueller, CEO of Biopolymer.
The primary ingredient in Biopolymer's commercial products is a patented beta glucan derived from yeast that has been found to help support healthy immune function.
