Speciality starch and food ingredient supplier National Starch and Chemical Company is to take on the sales and marketing of Balchem Encapsulate's Vitashure range in AsiaPacific.
Vitashure is a line of encapsulated health ingredients used in nutritional fortification, as well as dough leavening and conditioning and flavour enhancement.The high performance encapsulated products allow food and beverage manufacturers to accelerate production, enhance shelf-life, and improve the quality and effectiveness of their end products.
National Starch will use its food/nutritional ingredient experience to bring the range to food and supplement manufacturers in the region.
Balchem said in a statement : "This relationship will provide Balchem and National Starch with an excellent growth platform to support their combined strategic goals of expanding their food and nutrition portfolios globally."
